• What can I peel with it? It is built for garlic cloves and small, firm fruit. Very soft, very ripe, or large produce will not peel well, so stick to small and firm.

• How do I clean it? The bowl and blades lift out, so you can rinse them by hand and let them dry. Keep the motor top away from water.
